Union County is growing fast. Let's make sure it grows for you — not off of you.
Father. Veteran. Farmer. Your candidate for Union County Commissioner.
Get InvolvedHere's what's really at stake.
Property taxes are rising faster than paychecks. Seniors and young families are being priced out of homes their own families built. New development keeps getting approved without asking who pays for the roads, water, and sewer it needs.
- •Your tax bill — shaped by decisions made in rooms you don't get invited to.
- •Your roads and water — stretched thin by growth that didn't plan for them.
- •Your trust — worn down by a government that talks instead of listens.

I've spent my life earning the right to make hard calls.
Born and raised on my family's Union County farm — the fourth generation to work this land. I served 22 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after leading soldiers through combat deployments. Nine years on the Union County Airport Board taught me how county budgets and taxpayer dollars actually work. I'm not learning this job from scratch.
Here's exactly what I'll do.
Protect Taxpayers
Make developers pay the full cost of the infrastructure their projects need.
Manage Growth on Purpose
Direct development to where roads, water, and sewer already exist.
Lead in the Open
Measure every land-use decision against the county plan, every time.

If we don't, growth keeps outrunning our infrastructure, taxes keep climbing faster than incomes, and the decisions get made without you in the room.
